HOW TO READ A MULA PASSPORT
You scanned a product. Here is how to read what is behind it.
A Mula passport is a public product record. It can show where a product came from, what it contains, who contributed to it, how the brand knows what it is saying, and what is still not known.
Nothing on the page is a certificate unless an actual certificate is named.

Open the Sejauh passport1 · The QR opens the record.
The QR links the physical product to its Mula passport.
The address is designed to stay with the product, so the record can improve without requiring the brand to print a new code every time evidence changes.
2 · Read the product in context.
Different products need different information.
A textile passport may show materials, provenance, makers, care, and end-of-use information.
A beauty passport may focus more on ingredients, sourcing, manufacturing, packaging, and relevant product evidence.
The structure follows the product rather than forcing every category into the same story.
3 · Check how a claim is supported.
A statement may be supported by a certificate, a business record, another document, or the brand's own declaration.
The evidence label tells you how the business knows what it is saying.
It does not automatically tell you whether the impact is good or bad.
4 · A gap is intentional.
If part of the product story cannot yet be supported, Mula leaves the gap visible rather than filling it with an average or assumption for presentation.
Not yet is sometimes the most accurate answer.
5 · People appear by permission.
A maker's name appears only while the brand has recorded that person's agreement. Withdrawing it through the brand or team@mula.asia takes the name off the passport within 24 hours. No one under 18 is named.
A missing personal name may be a privacy choice, not an evidence gap.
6 · What the passport does not mean.
A Mula passport is not a certification, product inspection, guarantee of sustainability, or proof of regulatory compliance.
It is a structured record of what the business has chosen to share and what evidence supports it.
