04 · The person beside you

Side-by-side guided setup

We walk the ladder with you. A person beside the software, from the first passport to a framework, with the scope and the hours written down before anything starts.

Four shapes, each with a written scope

An undefined scope is how a service line quietly consumes the people delivering it, so every shape carries its own boundary in writing.

  • Basic: a first published passport, plus one framework scope gate
  • Readiness: one framework end to end, over two to four months
  • Ongoing: a retainer across a multi-year cycle, sold only after a completed readiness engagement
  • Group: one facilitator with a cohort of brands, which is how this reaches the makers the standards leave out

A gap list with no help is a document telling you what is wrong with you

Finding the gaps is the easy half. Closing them is where the difficulty is, where nothing on the market serves a small Indonesian brand, and where a person beside the software is worth more than another feature.

Three lines this service does not cross

Mula scores readiness and also sells the remedy for the gaps its own score finds. That is defensible only while these hold, so they are written down rather than assumed.

  • The service never touches the scoring engine. A status changes because the evidence changed, and the record shows what changed and when.
  • Mula never becomes an accredited assurer for a framework on its own ladder. If that ever becomes possible, Mula picks one side and drops the other.
  • The preparation pack discloses the arrangement, in one line, on Mula's own terms.

Nothing said in a room exceeds what the pack would print

A spoken promise that an audit will go well is a claim, it is unlogged, and it is what a founder repeats to a buyer six months later. Every engagement carries written notes stating what was advised and what was left open.

Capacity is the real constraint, so the number of concurrent engagements is capped rather than sold beyond what one person can carry.

Start with a conversation.

The first one is about what you already have and what you actually need, not about a plan. If the honest answer is that you do not need this yet, that is the answer you get.
