Before you connect a Shopify store
Start with one product and a named reviewer. A clean preparation pack is useful today, while the store connection is still being developed.
Choose a small pilot
Pick one product whose materials and supplier records you can check. List the variants in scope, the intended passport audience and the person responsible for corrections. Keep unrelated products outside the pilot.
Prepare a source record
Record the store address, product title, product reference and variant references in a worksheet. Add the documents you already hold and mark missing information as unknown. Do not send account passwords or access tokens with this pack.
Decide who can approve
Name someone who can review both product facts and permission to publish supporting material. Separate collecting information from approving public claims. Agree how a supplier can flag a mistake before anything reaches customers.
Treat connection as a later step
The intended Mula process is to prepare a draft, review it and obtain publication approval. Installation, permissions and live connection details still need confirmation. When an installation route becomes available, review the requested access and privacy policy before authorising it. Visit /shopify for the current early-access conversation.
The essentials
- Choose one product and list its variants.
- Collect source records without sharing credentials.
- Assign a reviewer before requesting early access.

Where we stand
Mula is independent of Shopify. The Shopify integration is in development. These guides describe preparation you can do now and the intended review process; they do not confirm installation or live synchronisation.
